Are your Kisers related to Richard Lewis Kiser - son of Francis Marion
Kiser and Elizabeth Meade? Richard (Dick) Kiser was born in Russell
Co., VA and died in Carter Co., KY. He married Loudenna Sagraves. I
have a small amount of information on his family.
