The correct Belva Scott is the Belva Scot that died on April 22, 1975, this is from the obituary of Belva Jarrell Scott. She was survived by her husband Charles and her daughters and son. Their names were as follows:
Ruth Scott Strunk, husband Ernest, Lucille Scott Wood, husband Paul, Ola Mae Scott Winters, husband Dallas, and son Charles did not list a wife name.

This is from the Ironton Tribune (Lawrence County, OH) dated April 22, 1975 (Tuesday) sorry for the error on the Belva's. Finally got correct information.
