Most , if not all of the Vallance's of Boyd County, KY during the mid and late 1800's are descendants of Samuel Vallance b. 1781 in NY and died after 1860 in Greenup, KY. His wife is Delila Horsley Vallance. Married in 1814. Delila died on 7/30/1855. Delila Horsley Vallance is the daughter of James T. Horsley and Johanna Dudley of VA and moved to KY in the early 1800's. I have the Horsley lineage, looking for the Vallance lineage prior to 1780. Help!
