Hello,

Could anyone tell me if the Historical and Genealogical Society listed under
the Breathitt County Web Page (Nancy Herald, 121 Turner Drive, Jackson, KY
41339) is still active? They are listed as having publications and
newsletters that I would like to purchase but I can not find a phone number
for them - just the address. I could not find them in the yellow pages
under Historical/Genealogy Society either.

If anyone is a member of this group, or if anyone knows if this is a valid
place to purchase census and marriage books....please let me know!
