Hi,

I don't know about anyone else, but, I am on many rootsweb mailing lists.

If I opened every one of them, my "filing cabinet" would be full all of the
time. When people put their surnames that they are interested in the
"subject line", it helps me to see if those names pertain to me.

If I open every "roll call of surnames", I'll be on the computer longer than
I am right now.

Here is "my" policy on "roll call surnames". If the surname is not in the
subject line, I just delete. I realize I "maybe" missing a possible match,
but, there is just to much mail and too little time to go through it.

It would be alot easier if surnames were included in the subject line.
