Hey Everyone,
I'm going to jump on in to this conversation. I am descended from the
Harveys in Breathitt. I am, in fact, writing a book about them.

My Andrew J. Harvey had at least 2 children by Patsy Campbell, sister to
Peggy Campbell, wife of Henry Hudson. Peggy & Henry ended up raising one
of the boys, John Harvey, who, incidentally, was my GGGrandfather. I've
been searching for some sort of documentation on the parents of Andrew
J. Harvey [no, this is not the same Andrew Harvey who was in the Clay
Co. 1820 Census, the Perry Co. 1830 census (died before 1840), Nor is it
the same Andrew Harvey who appears in the 1840 census, who married Mary
Noble, and then moved to Missouri in 1841.] This Andrew Harvey may have
been married to Nancy COUCH and lived in Russell Co. VA. ANYHOW, I'm
going to have to take sometime and outline the Barnett etc connections
for everyone, ok? I'll try to attend to it tonight.
