Dennis,
Cyria Combs was a brother to my gr. gr. grandmother, Farinda Combs
Spencer.

I do not know that much about him other than what I have copied from the
microfilms of the 1850-60-70 census records for Breathitt Co. I could
not find him in the 1880 Breathitt Co. census records. I do not know if
he had children by another woman.

In 1900 he is back in Breathitt Co. with wife Polly and showing that
they had
a total of 8 children and 8 children are still living.
