I too with R. Edward Vires want to comment on young Stephen Bowling! The
Civil War Dedication for my Great Great Grandfather "Shanghai Nick" Combs was
in Lee Co on July 27th (last month) and I'm telling ya, Steve knew more about
my GG Grandfather's Civil War experiences than I did! And he never once
looked at any notes. I was really impressed, to say the least. He is a
remarkable guy! I was told that the article was to be in the Jackson Times
soon and I don't get that paper but I would love to have a copy of it. Could
I impose on some dear soul? I'll be glad to reimburse. You can see the
