Just to let everyone know, I have finally been able to put together a Family Group Sheet that folks can fill out on the site! http://www.rootsweb.com/~kycarro2/FGS/groupsheet.html
When you click on the submit button, it is emailed back to me so I can post it! Now everyone can contribute their information even if they don't have a genealogy software program. I hope this will help those of you who needed this type of form!
