Looking for info on my great great grandfather, Farmer Smith. He was
married to Leander (I believe her maiden name was Jackson) They had
several children, Louisa (my great grandmother, who married Finley Smith
and also resided in Clay County), Churchill Smith, Floyd Smith, Burchell
Smith, Littie Smith, Rulie Smith and perhaps other children. What I am
hoping to find is who Farmer's parents were and perhaps who Leander's
were also.

Also, I am trying to find out who the parents of Finley Smith, mentioned
abover, were? I was told they may have had the names Batom or Battom
(father) and Bailey (mother) but I have not been able to locate any
Smith's by those names. Also I was told that Finley had two brothers
Wade and Harris Smith, who resided in Laurel County.

Any info on any of the above mentioned people would be greatly
appreciated. Thanks.
