Hello Clay County Researchers!!
  
     My name is Julie Pennington-Phillips.
My dad, Ray Pennington was born/raised in Clay County,KY. His parents
were Alva Pennington and Mae King Pennington. My dad is always telling
me and my children stories about events/people from his childhood in KY.
He only gets to visit Clay/Jackson counties once sometimes twice a year,
so I would like to find any relatives and/or childhood friends of my
father that are online and help him to reunite with some of the people
from his past.
