The Laurel Co. Marriage Index transcribed and available through the Laurel
Co. Historical Society shows this marriage:

GRAY, Elbert to SASSER, Rosa on June 12, 1905

Neither Elbert GRAY nor Rosa SASSER (yet unborn) appear on the 1880. I do
own the 1900 Laurel Co. to check that. However, on the 1910 Laurel Co.
Fed. Census neither of these two show.

I also do not see them on the 1900 Knox Co. Fed. Census nor on the 1900
Clay Co. nor on the 1900 Bell Co.

I assume you are looking for her parentage. If their marriage record is
still available somewhere in Laurel Co., that might show who both their
parents were. Also viewing microfilm of birth records for Laurel Co.
might turn up the birth and again it might not since there were no
established rules for maintaining birth records up until around 1911. I
would also suggest you try a "look-up" for the 1900 Laurel Co. to see if
they were there then.
