I cannot provide much help. On my 1920 transcribed Fed. Census, this
family shows as follows:

. . Cora Belle , dau, 1, KY
SESTER, Rebecca, boarder, 80, widow, KY

I see several marriages for "a" Levi COLLINS:

COLLINS, Levi to DOYLE, Francis, on 5 Nov. 1910, File 35 - - which would be
his present wife.
COLLINS, Levi to BRANDENBURG, Matilda on 25 Dec. 1847, File 10
COLLINS, Levi to BAKER, Sarah on 30 July 1866, File 13

On the 1910, there is this census listing:

SETSER, John, 26, mar. 1, mar. 9 years, KY; parents b. KY

parents b. KY
. . Lellie, dau, 7, KY

. . Becky, "grandmother", 60, widow, KY; parents b. KY

there are several other younger SETZERs around:
Link, age 18 and family
Joe, age 45 and family
Frank, 22 and family
and: Tom , age 21 and family.

I have no idea how they relate. It sort of looks like this is the same
Rachel, doesn't it.
