thanks Josella. I printed the picture of the KY State Reformatory onto photo paper. For anyone interested, the State Office Building on corner of High and Clinton Street, Frankfort, KY has the original walls surrounding it that were around the KY State Reformatory before it was flooded out in 1937. The State Office Building is the second biggest building in downtown Frankfort.
