There was a site similar to this one, put up by the state a couple of years
ago. It was up only briefly and was taken down essentially because of a
fear of people using that info to committ identity theft. It is possible
that this new site was asked not to put the material up for the general
public to see, for the same reason. This is only a possible explanation,
but I have been there also and never have been able to get it to work.
