A SIGN OF OUR TIME

One day I had a great idea of printing my name, address and phone number on the back of a key ring token. I went to the house and typed the my address and phone number on a label and pasted the label on the token. At noon, when I went to get the mail I drove down to the jot-em-down store to get some clear fingernail polish to finish the job. On the way back I happened to think, "This day and age you don't put your name and address on your key ring in case some s.o.b. finds same and knows whose house or car he has a key to." Twenty years ago I would never have thought of that.
