Hi Martha Jo,

I couldn't swear that this Rosco Marcum is the son of Isaac Marcum and Eliza
Jane Evans, but I do know for a fact that HE had the Marcum Grocery Store
(Is it Lyttleton?) across the bridge from Manchester. I have another court
case charging him with complaints about drunkeness at his store. While
visiting a few years ago, I went to the old store and ran into his son, yet
another Rosco. We got to compare notes to confirm, but I already knew that
was "my" Rosco who owned that store from my family. That was another one of
those great experiences where all you have to do is tell someone how you are
related to them and they treat you as if they knew you your whole life.
Gotta love Clay Co.

So... based on other court cases I have and a pattern of behavior <g> I am
thinking this Rosco could be the son of Isaac and Eliza Jane.
