I was able to find this in the KY death records index:

If this is the right "Mary Belle", the only way to be sure would be to
get a copy of this death certificate and see if her father's name is on
it. This shows that she died in 1957 and was born about 1875. I have a
"Mary B. Ooten" in my info that I have down as being born in November of
1874. She was the dau. of William H. Ooten & Tilda Jane ? There were several
"Mary B. Ooten's" in this family. I'm not sure if this is the right one
but it's a good place to look.
