My Sarah Shelton is living with Jesse Burchett, b) 1796 VA,
a blacksmith, and wife Elizabeth b) 1796 NC and children on the 1850 Clinton
Co. Ky Census. Do you happen to know who this Jesse Burchett is????
I'm thinking that they are Sarah's parents. Any help will be so appreciated.
These are the only Burchett I have in my notes.

I have the 1850 and 1840 Clinton Co Ky. census and Jessie has a daughter
in 1840 that would fit Sarah's age bracket
I also assumed she was a dau.
In a book I have; she is listed as a dau. of Jessie Burchett.
It states; her son Silas Wheeler Shelton was apprenticed to Pleasent P.
Shay in Cumberland Co. Ky. on Oct.
14 1858
I believe Priscilla Burchett (Cannon) to be there daughter also (not proven.)
Henry and Priscilla were my g. grandparents
