The death certificate of Haley Belle Johnston Webb who died in Cumberland Co., KY. on 8 December, 1936, stated that her parents were John L. Johnston and ______ Wright. She was born in Clinton Co., KY. on either 22 February, 1854 or 28 February, 1864 (conflicting info on death certificate and tombstone). I am unable to find this family in Clinton Co. records. Can anyone help?
