Hi all. Anyone here that descends from Asa M. Payne and Mahala Guffey? Asa
was born 1812. Mahala was born 1824. Their daughter, Mahala Payne, married
Mathew York. Late this afternoon, I had the privilege of visiting with the
95 year old grand daughter of Mathew and Mahala. She had some items that I
photographed, that may be of help to descendants of theirs.



Personally, I descend from Mathew York through children of his second wife,
Louisa GUFFEY.
