Hi Rosanne,
I have the book of Dr. Floyd B. Hay, there is a photo in his book also of Dude Miller and wife Della Sprowls, this may be the same Sprowls lady in the photo you mentioned with the children in the yard, she looks to be a teenager in that photo with all those children.
The photo of Dude Miller and Della Sprowls Miller, they look in their late 20's in that photo.
