Hi,

I have just posted Pendleton County Death Records with certificate numbers on
the Pendleton County site. These records contain the Death Certificate
number and ordering information. I also have birth records with certificate
numbers from 1911 to 1920. You can reach the Deaths for 1911-1929; (please
read my notes, they are perhaps the only way you will find the correct death
certificates) by going to my home page:
