Randy:
There are a few records, which have been abstracted. If you will tell
me who you are looking for and the approximate date, I can look it up
for you. As far as getting a record on this from the county clerk, I
don't know how readily available they are and if they could give you a
certified copy. I personally have a complete listing of known birth
records for Grant Co., KY for the 1850's. I can help.
