I am researching George Washington Hogan b. 1823 KY, he married Sarah Owens in Grant Co, KY March 11, 1843.

I believe that George had a brother named Tilford Hogan born 1820 KY.

Both brothers went west, first to Illinois, then both finally into Missouri to settle.

Are any of these names familiar? Goerge did have one daughter in KY prior to leaving, she is Mary A. Hogan b. 1846 KY.

I am hoping to find the Kentucky families of Sarah Owens and George Hogan.
