HI there,

I just wanted you to know I checked my Campbell Co. data base for DICKERSON
(there are a lot) and there is a WILLIAM DICKERSON on the 1810 Census for
Campbell Co. with some of his younger children still at home.

Some of the DICKERSON children stayed in Campbell Co. The 1790 or 1810
Census for Campbell Co. is online (FREE) through rootsweb, I believe. You could
check for any Heads of Households by DICKERSON.

He has a brother ROBERT DICKERSON also on the same Census page (page 427) and
has at least 9 children in 1810. Perhaps these DICKERSON's are related to
the ones you are researching. GRANT COUNTY is not too far from Campbell County.

PS I recognized the name because Katherine BEAGLE Bever Mitchell had
descendants who married into DICKERSON.
