Berryman Bell was married for the first time on September 21, 1826, to
Lucinda [Abbott?] in Bourbon County, Kentucky. On the marriage registers from 1826
Lucinda's last name is almost illegible. It appears to be Abbott but this is
not definite.

There were four known children of this marriage:
America Bell born June 20, 1827
Susan Bell born 1829
Francis Marion Bell born 1832
Mary Bell born 1840

Lucinda died bef. July 27, 1842, when Berryman Bell married Elizabeth Angell
his second wife in Pendleton County, KY. There were two children of this
marriage:

Benjamin Bell born 1843
John Thomas Bell born August 1845

Can anyone shed any light on either Lucinda Abbott or Berryman Bell?
