Susie and list--I think that Margaret Spencer, daughter of Kessiah, on your
list did not marry Ezra Frank. Ezra married MARGARET SPENCER, daughter of
JOSIAH SPENCER and MAHALA FRANK. I have a commissioner`s deed from the
Breckinridge county Ky courthouse that lists the heirs of Josiah. This list
names children plus husbands and 3 grandchildren. Those listed are William
Fraize and wife, Malvina Fraize, Frances (Mahala, daughter, who was married
to Ezra Frank`s brother Willis T) Frank, E.W. (Ezra Ward) Frank and wife
Margaret Frank, Thos Parsons and wife, Kitty (Catherine) Parsons, Eliza
Spencer(daughter) and Samuel T. Spencer, son. Grandchildren, Mahala A.
Estridge, Sabrina Estridge, and Jullia M Estridge.
William Fraizes first marriage was to Elizabeth (Betsey) Spencer, daughter
of Josiah, Nov. 1863. Elizabeth died before 1866. William then married
Elizabeth`s sister, MALVINA in May 1867. The grandchildren are thought to be
the daughters of Mary J. Spencer and George Estridge. The 1850 census
Breckinridge census lists the following people living with Josiah Spencer:
Mahala 38, Mary J. 14, Eliza E. 9, Betsey 7, Margaret 5, Mahala F (Frances)
2. Kitty is listed just below Josiah with her husband Thomas Parsons.
This is not definite proof but it seems to put Margaret with the children of
Josiah not the children of Kessiah.

Looking for information on Kessiah Spencer listed in 1850 Grayson County
census. She was age 50 born in Virginia. Had the following children with
her at the time - Sarah J age 18, William age 17, Mealinda (Malinda) age 13,
George W age 11, Augustus age 9 and Margaret age 7. Have been unable to
find any other census record for her.

Sarah J married Thomas Carby, Jr.
William married Malinda Carby
Malinda married Richard Carby
George married Emily Jane Carby (my line)
Margaret married Ezra Frank Ward
