I located Grady on the 1930 census in Butler County with his parents and siblings. Here is what it has:

Home in 1930: District 4, Butler, Kentucky
Age: 13
Estimated birth year: abt 1917

Mother's name: Nellie

As you can tell, I copied and pasted the info. They were all born in Ky. as well as Oscar's and Nellie's parents[per the census information].

Again, all born Ky. Sarah is Oscar's grandmother. I will look at other census records and will post again if I find something.
