On the 1870 census Nelson and Kitty have 2 daughters, Sarah E., 3 years old and Lurany 1 year old. It has Nelson as 23 Years old and Kitty as 32 years old. It also has Nelson as Nelson Jr. There is a Nelson Williams, born 1824, on the next page of the census.

There is a Nelson Williams on the 1880 census, but there is only initials for family members. It also has his age wrong and has a C down as his wife. I don't know if this is your Nelson or not. I will copy and paste it below so you can see it, but it doesn't seem to fit. Anyway, here it is:
