Purchased a tract fro my brother in law Philip Philips now dec'.
1,000 acres on the water of Renny river in the state of Tennessee and
for which gave him a tract 200 a lying on waters of the Shirtes ner
Peters Creek in Wash co., MD and which tract I conveyed to Joseph Moss.

Note: David Philips was to receive the power for Philip Philips.
