Need a Birth Record look up please.

What I am looking for is a Dicy Ann Duncan, she was to be born around Nov. 27, 1821 in Hardin County, Kentucky, some where around a town call Elizabethtown. What I am looking for here on Dicy Ann Duncan birth records is, who was her parents names with what her mothers maiden name was & plus where was her parents from too.

I was told that she & her family moved from Hardin County, Kentucky to or around Hendersonville, Illinois around 1835, then from there they went to, what was call the Platte Purchase, just outside of Savannah, Missouri, which is now call Andrew County, Missouri.

If there is anybody that can do a lookup to see who the parents of Dicy Ann Duncan, I would very much Appreciate it very much, plus do not want to push my luck here but if can would like to have a copy of birth record scan & sent to me here at this E-Mail address below
