John, just read your post. Quite alarming. What chance do we have. They get while we are alive and then then keep after us after we are gone.

What are they doing--- building a 4 lane from Harlan to VA?
I am sure it is needed; but what a shame.


Do you know if the road goes through Evarts or Holmes Mill areas?
