Paulette, I am glad to find someone that knows about the Burkhart and Brock families - Perhaps you will be able to help me. I have Burkhart & Brock in my linage. My great great grandmother was Elizabeth Brock/Caldwell, my grandmother was Alice Ward. But, there is some confusion on my grandfathers (H. L. Saylor) side of the family. His father Silas L. b. 1878 Leslie County, was supposed to be a son of Edward Burkhart and Sarah Saylor - it is said they did not marry. We cannot find out anything about them. Please help.
