I want to thank Florine Pratt this morning for her contribution to Adopt A
Civil War Vet by adopting William E. MARSHALL - of the U.S. Colored
Infantry.

What marveled me about William Marshall - his death certificate is
including - giving his father's name as "Juriat" born in Virginia.

This is not listed as a surname but as an individual name.
