I have noticed no replies to the list about your request. As I am interested
in this very much, I was waiting anxiously. I dug up something Bill Utterback
sent to me about my same type request, back last 17 April 1998. I quote:

The latest - and one of the best- works on migration patterns and trails is
William Dollarhide's book, which is titled(if I recall correctly) "Map Guide
To American Migration Routes." It is available from Amazon.com as well as
Frontier Press and others

I haven't checked them out yet. I'll call those places soon. Did you receive
any other titles/authors to your private email? Would you pass some along to
the list for us all?
