Can anyone tell me who would own the Cemeteries that the TVA moved to make
way for Kentucky Lake. Last spring my granddaughter and I cleared the
Winchester Cemetery overlooking Blood River in Calloway. I assume TVA owns
the lands where the Cemeteries are located.

I would like to clear more and burn what was cleared last spring so who would
I contact in Calloway County so I would know when is or isn't a good time for
burning. I have four hour drive to get back to Calloway.
