Dave and List:
I have the Graves Co Marriage Book 3 (Sept 1887 to Dec 1893)
and Book 4 ( Jan 1884 to July 1889)
I found NONE of your names in Book 3.
Bailey is curiously missing from the index of Book 4. It must have been a typo because I found
the following marriages when looking up SUGGS and COCHRAN (then I proceeded to scan for other
BAILEYs- there may be others):

There were two COCHRANs and two BAILEYs in Book 3 that did not seem to apply.
