Lisa, THE KENTUCKY ENCYCLOPEDIA, edited by John E. Kleber, University Press
of Kentucky, 1992, reads on the dust jacket, "Biographical sketches portray
all of Kentucky's governors and U. S.senators, as well as noted congressmen
and state and local politicians." There is no biographical sketch for
