I am researching two different branches: JONES in Calloway County and FOSTER somewhere in western Kentucky.

My great-grandfather, ANTHONY FOSTER, was a Baptist minister who lived somewhere in western Kentucky from about 1830-1870. We were always told that he was born in either Kevil or Woodville and attended Blandville Academy but have not been able to corroborate any of this information. We think his father's name was GEORGE FOSTER, who may have been from South Carolina originally. Anthony was married while in Kentucky and later divorced. I do not know the name of his wife or whether they had any children. He migrated to Randolph County in northeast Arkansas around 1870, where he married SARAH SHARP. Their son, my grandfather, was DAVID KIRBY FOSTER. Anthony died about 1893 in Arkansas.

I am also searching for information on the father and mother of JANE VICTORIA JONES, my great-grandmother, who married ROBERT SMILEY MILLER in Calloway County, probably about 1870. Her parents were JAMES C. JONES and ELIZA (unknown). Any information on these two people would be appreciated.

A second JONES great- grandparent I'm researching is MAHALIA ANN JONES, wife of SIDNEY DANIEL BROACH of Calloway County. She was born 10 March 1850 and died 14 March 1925. Her parents were WILLIAM HARRISON JONES and NANCY FAKES.

I would appreciate further information on these Jones and Fosters and would be happy to share family history for BROACHES and MILLERS.
