Kathleen, from what i have been told, Spring Meadows run by the Baptist,
outside of Louisville, Ky was in service in the 1880's. I myself was there
for 4yrs in the 1950's. I will look in my papers for the address and info and
get back to you. I sent for information on myself a few months ago. I have
heard that they are not good about releasing any information, but it can't
hurt to try.
