Just a little curious about this Elizabeth Clark. I was in New Madrid
County MO years ago researching my Gullion kin. My cousin, Fielding
Gullion, took me to the site of the cemetery on the old Gullion homeplace
where the Gullion folks had been buried -- unfortunately, all the grave
stones had been bulldozed off some years in the past and little trace --
except one grave stone lying on the ground with the words chiseled
"Elizabeth R. Clark, d. Mar 13, 1882, aged 49 Y 1 M 9 D."
My Gullion kin had moved over into the bootheel of MO from Hickman Co KY
about 1840 or so. Just wondering if there were any Gullion connections with
this Elizabeth Clark?
