Donna,

That's interesting that you have some sort of connection to Branaman. My hubby's
step-dad was Ed Branaman and there just aren't too many Branamans around. I do have
a little bit on the Branamans and notice that there are lots of Williams (at least
in Ed's line.)

Ed's Dad was William Henry Branaman (1883 Wildie, KY - 1963 Corbin, Knox Co., KY).
He used to work for the L&N Railroad. He is buried in Resthaven Cemetery in Corbin.

Ed's brother was William also (1918 - 1999) and I know he lived in London, Laurel
Co., KY for a long time. The William (1918 - 1999) also had a son that he named
William. I have no dates for that last Wm.

I think the Branamans were "Pennsylvania Dutch."
