I was recently in Corbin for a couple of days and my family let me spend
1/2 day in the Barbourville courthouse to dig for copies of land
records. I was mainly looking for Mullins, Sturgills, Horton, and

This Indenture Witnesseth that I Wiliam Mullins of the County of Knox of
State of Kentucky have this day for the consideration of $ sold
released + tranferred to Caleb Mullins all my interest in the Estate of
Joshua Mullins decd as one of the heirs of said Joshua Mullins decd of
Whatever kind or Nature the same may be Given under my hand + seal this

I John M. Dickinsen Clerk of the County Court of the County aforesaid do
Certify that the foregoing decd from Wm Mullins to Caleb Mullins was on
the 23d day of January 1854, produced to me in my Office + acknowledged
by the said Wm Mullins ?? be his act + deed ?? [henupon?] said deed has
been committed to record in my office this 24th day of January 1854
