Last Will and testament of John Curtis of Mason Co. and State of Ky. 29th Day
of Sept 29, l8l3.
Division of his estate is to his children:
George Curtis
Nancy Hill
David Curtis,
Holly Curtis
Julia Curtis
Hiram Curtis
Nicholas Curtis
Eliza Curtis
Elanor Curtis
John Curtis
James Curtis
Secondly, his wife, Nancy Curtis be allowed her lawfull power in my said
estate to be allotted and laid off to her according to the act of assembly
apportioning and allotting to the widows of deceased their dower. A sum of 45
pounds for the support and maintenance of my father, John Curtis be allowed to
him annually. but to paid quarter yearly by my executors herein etc.
Wife is appointed executrix of this my last will hereby revoking and annulling
all and every other will or wills both verbal and written heretofore made by
me.
Signed and sealed & acknowledged by said John Curtis in present to us etc.
Joseph Doniphan, James Nichols, George Curtis, Joseph Clarke and Walker Reid.
