Would you be able to point me in a direction for Richard Collins, the father
of Lewis the historian? I don't seem to be able to find the right one.
According to my records Lewis was born in Lexington in 1797, and was orphaned
when young. But I don't know "when young" actually means. I have found
several Richard Collins' but am stumped.
