Subject: [KYMASON-L] SMALLEY/COOK family of MASON Co.

William SMALLEY, Sr. (1783-1813/15) my ggrandfather, was born in Mifflin Co.,
Pa. and made his way to Bracken Co. and Mason Co. Ky. He married Catherine
COOK(KOCH), dtr. of Daniel and Anna Mary Bistle(Bristol) COOK in Mason Co.
Ky in 1805. There were 4 children:
Annie, b. 1806, Bracken Co;
Andrew, b. 1808, Mason Co.
David, b. 1810, Mason Co.
William, Jr. 1813, Mason Co. Ky (my ggrandfather).
After the death of William Sr. Catherine married William Anderson and the
family moved to near Attica, Warren Co. IN.

Does anyone know this family? I would appreciate any information or
suggestions about resources that might be available in Mason Co. that might
be helpful.
