I had another interesting and successful visit to Mason Co. last week, and
especially at the Mason Co. Historical Museum. Anyone with ancestors in this
county is fortunate, because if there is any information about your
ancestors in the county, you will find it here. It's all in one place, so
you can bounce around from census records to deeds to court records to
whatever. The Internet is really no substitute for real hands-on research,
and the friendly and helpful staff will show you exactly where to start.
Take the time and make the trip if you possibly can!
