Thomas Berry Sr b 1733 md Frances Ann Kendall b 1737 dau/o Samuel Kendall/
Elizabeth Woffendall-kids: Frances & Capt Woffendall Kendall
Thomas Sr was a Capt in Rev War.
Joseph Berry Sr moved to Frederick Co. & owned the ferry on the Pike north
of Paris, Va on the Shenandoah River.
Will Book E, pg.17, Will of Thomas Berry, Frederick County ,Va., probated
3/4/1819, record Mason Co., Ky, June 1819.His place was "The Briers" at
Berry's Ferry, Frederick Co Va named new home "Berry Plain", after his

Margaret (Peggy) Kercheval and her husband Joseph were living in Mason
County, KY.
Jane b. 1764, md John Kercheval went to Mason Co KY 1798
Wm. III b. 1768, Described in his father's will with "accidents and bodily
affliction..." father left him land "on the north fork of Licking in Mason
County, Kentucky". He never married. D 1821
Thomas Jr b.1770, Thomas never married.
Sarah b.1773, md Wm Kennan kids b Fleming Co Ky
Samuel b.1775, md Sarah Kendall, lived Culpepper Va
Catherine (Caty)b.1777 md Joseph Cole, 1817 living with her husband Franklin
City PA.
Joseph BERRY, Jr., (1723-1806) m Mary FAIRFAX, d/o John FAIRFAX and Mary
SCOTT, of Charles Co., MD. Their dau., Hannah BERRY (1753-1822) m ca 1770

Nena, Just rec'd this from Judy: HI: Don't have any marriage data for Joseph
and Mary, however I do have a note of a deed or sale of property.... Think
this is for King George Co. 12/23/1758, sold 100 acres with wf Mary, sold
150 acres to Col. Chs Carter; probably Moved with other family members to
Frederick Co at this time.
Hope this helps--I know it's not much, but it does prove that his wife, in
1758 was a Mary, not Huldah Hiatt.

To dau. Betsy Calmes one negro boy named Moses and to her heirs one girl
named Maria.
To son Joseph's children two negroes named Moses and one man named Wilmore
To dau. June Kercheval one negro girl named Patience
To Son William - one negro man named Ambrose and one negro girl named Mary.
to Dau. Sally Kennan, a negro firl name Lucy, who shall be free at age of
25, and all her children when she reaches that age.
To Sally, one negro boy named Nelson and one negro girl named Delphia.
To Son Samuel one negro boy named Hamption and also to him 80 pounds to be
paid to him or his heirs out of the first money they may be able to raise
from my estate.
