I am interested in any information that may link my Jesse Cooper b. ca, 1780 in KY., died Feb. 1844 in Dearborn/Ohio Co. Indiana.
Known children were: Basil, Eli/Elias, Jesse, Jr., Nancy who all give b.p. as KY. Jesse is in 1830 & 1840 Dearborn Co. IN census near Laughrey Creek town of Hartford.

There are two Jesse Coopers of same age range in Mason Co. KY in 1810 & 1820. Noticed many Coopers there. A Jesse Cooper who served in 1812 mustered in at Newport Aug. 31, 1813 and mustered out at Limestone KY.

Other names of Jesse's age range in same area of IN are Christian, Thomas, George. Christian is found in Campbell Co. KY in 1810. Anyone researching Coopers in Mason Co. who sees familiar family names, or has other info, I would like to hear from them.
